Here at GFT we do everything we can to make families feel welcome and included.

During your visit, we provide:
- Free drinking water
- Seating for feeding babies, such as high chairs; we also welcome breast feeding
- A baby changing facility, accessible by both women and men
- A limited number of spaces for wheelchair users. We would advise pre-booking for these spaces.
There is access for buggies to the building, but they are not permitted inside the cinemas.
Buggy Storage – For Take 2 Saturday morning screenings there we provide space for a limited number of buggies to be parked during the film.
Children under the age of 14 will only be admitted to films certificated U, PG or 12A. There is no charge for babes in arms who don’t occupy a seat of their own.
All advertising for family films will contain the BBFC Insight which provides families with information relating to why a particular BBFC certificate has been given.
For films identified as NC – this means that the film has not yet obtained BBFC certification, when followed by a number e.g. NC12, this means that the film is not BBFC certificated and is deemed to be suitable for those aged 12 and over.
We suggest that families with small children consider sitting at the end of a row. This will allow you to leave the cinema easily if necessary.
All staff members and volunteers are happy to help with any enquiry.
If you'd like to give us suggestions on how to make your family visit more enjoyable, then we’d love to hear from you. Email: dutymanager@glasgowfilm.org
