Learning and Engagement
Learning and Engagement is based in the Programming Team but works closely with the teams across all of Glasgow Film’s activities, both physically and virtually, in delivering the audience development and engagement aims of the organisation through a programme of learning and participation work integrated into the programme, engaging audiences and those least likely to engage in formal cultural activity. Learning and Engagement activities are not restricted to, but include screenings, debates, courses, workshops, interpretation, Q&As, seminars and project funded outreach work.
- Glasgow Film Learning and Engagement also produces a number of targeted programmes of activity including:
- A wide programme of activity for schools. This includes schools screenings, CLPL for teachers, and the GFF schools programme
- Evening Courses
- Targeted projects to enable us to investigate and develop cultural engagement with individuals and communities in a range of contexts
