Details

Major feminist author Ursula K. Le Guin paved the way for women and other marginalised writers. Best known for the Earthsea chronicles, her pioneering books examine society through the lens of science fiction and fantasy, as she staked her claim in traditionally male-dominated literary genres. This National Endowment for the Arts and Kickstarterfunded documentary features interviews with world-renowned writers such as Neil Gaiman, Margaret Atwood and David Mitchell. This screening is part of Book Week Scotland and will be introduced by Ken MacLeod.

When you book a ticket to this screening of Worlds of Ursula K Le Guin, you will be automatically entered into a prize draw to win a prize bundle:
The Left Hand of Darkness, A Wizard of Earthsea, Folio notebook, and a Folio 2019 diary.

Winner will be selected at the screening.  T&Cs apply.
