Details

Following our 2017 foray into virtual reality and 360˚ video, GSFF has joined forces with UWS Immersive and digital studio ISO Design to bring to Glasgow the latest in VR experiences from across the globe.

Unlike traditional two-dimensional films, the virtual world invites audiences to move, interact and feel their way through an experience. So powerful in fact can the experience be, that participants can begin to question the very nature of what they encounter. VR Experiential presents individual interactive experiences, including a Hawaiian fairytale with a dark heart, a riff on the legend of the Sirens, who hooked sailors with their enchanting voices, and a post-Brexit apocalyptic nightmare by Rachel Maclean.

You will be able to experience four different works during your slot.

Limited space - advance booking highly recommended!

Accessible VR Cinema

We regret that ISO Design is not accessible to wheelchair users. We are staging a FREE accessible drop in VR Cinema at CCA Creative Lab on Saturday 16 March. Click here for more details.
