How To Get Free Tickets

Glasgow Young Scot or Kidz Card holders and an accompanying parent / carer get free tickets to this show by showing their Young Scot or Kidz Card at the Box Office. All other tickets are £5.50 (plus £1.50 for 3D screenings). Each £5.50 child’s ticket also admits one parent / carer free of charge. Children under the age of eight must be accompanied.

Free tickets are only issued on the day of the screening.

This year, to celebrate Bastille Day we have the incomparable Jacques Tati's first colour film. Tati plays oddball Monsieur Hulot, a man of simple means who prefers to live an uncomplicated life. The home of Hulot's sister and brother-in-law is ultra-modern but holds no appeal for Hulot's nephew. So, the boy enlists his uncle's help in waging war on the modern world. Mon Oncle gently pokes fun at modern life, and the film is packed with a whole host of imaginative, yet impractical, gadgets. If you like Mr Bean, you’ll love Mon Oncle.
