SDLP leader and Nobel Peace Prize winner John Hume was a vital figure in the long journey towards securing peace in Northern Ireland. Liam Neeson narrates a fascinating documentary that pays tribute to Hume’s achievements and a life that has surprisingly dimmed in the public memory. American Presidents Bill Clinton and Jimmy Carter are among those who recall Hume’s leadership, vision and determination to bring American influence to bear on the peace process. Former Taoisigh Bertie Ahern and Enda Kenny are among a star cast of those interviewed.
