Ever wondered what happens after the Director calls ‘cut’? Find out in this inspiring workshop exploring what a day in a Directors life is like. Join us as director Marilyn Edmund takes us through this Into Industry session.

Marilyn began her career as an Assistant Director in 2010, working as a Floor Runner on BBC Scotland's ongoing drama River City. She has worked on a variety of films including Sunshine on Leith, Under the Skin and The Railway Man, to name a few. She has also worked on many TV comedies and dramas, including ITV's Benidorm and BBC's The Replacement. During this time, Marilyn was learning about the craft of directing.  In 2015 Marilyn gave birth to her daughter who is the inspiration behind the name of her production company, Angel Face Productions, then in 2018 Marilyn embarked on her debut feature Connect, starring Kevin Guthrie.
