Details

In a remote valley of the Aragonese Pyrenees the legend of Armugan is told. It is said that he is dedicated to a mysterious and terrible profession, the likes of which no one dares to speak.

Life, Death and Nature dance together harmoniously in this beautiful black and white film featuring renowned inclusive dance performer and actor Iñigo Martínez. Made during the Covid-19 pandemic, Armugan is a gorgeously shot meditation of the limits of the human body, embracing death as a natural part of life too.

Visually arresting from the start ... The antithesis of a blockbuster, it is a densely worked tale considering the profoundly complex nature of death and what precedes it.
