Refugee Festival Scotland 2024

To coincide with Refugee Festival Scotland 2024: RISE, we're bringing you a programme of features and documentary films exploring the experience of individuals forced to flee their homes to find safety. We celebrate the culture, creativity and strength of the refugee community with a Sliding Scale (pay what you can) screening of Panah Panahi’s debt film – the Iranian road movie Hit the Road – and Refugee Festival Scotland’s screening of Queer Arabic short films followed by a discussion with the filmmakers. The programme concludes with a preview screening of Green Border with a special recorded introduction from Director Agnieszka Holland.
