Take 2: The Inventor
Every child attending a Take 2 screening receives a free ticket for themselves and one free ticket for their accompanying adult. Free tickets are only issued on the day of the screening. Children under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult. Additional tickets and/or tickets purchased in advance cost £6 each. --------------- Discover a playful toy-like world of invention featuring flying machines, kings, queens and sneaky spies, where nothing seems to go right for the world's greatest inventor, and he is always running out of time. At the centre of it all is the audacious and ever questioning Princess Marguerite (Daisy Ridley) who is the key to solving Leonardo's (Stephen Fry) quest for the meaning of life. ----- YEAR OF CELEBRATION 2024 marks 85 years since our cinema (originally the Cosmo) was built, 50 years since GFT was founded and the 20th edition of Glasgow Film Festival.
