Take 2: The Princess Bride
Every child attending a Take 2 screening receives a free ticket for themselves and one free tickets for their accompanying adult. Free tickets are only issued on the day of the screening. Children under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult. Additional tickets and/or tickets purchased in advance cost £6.40 each. ----------- Adapted from William Goldman’s 1973 novel, The Princess Bride is a classic fairy tale fantasy. A grandfather reads to his grandson as he is tucked up in bed. He tells him the tale of Westley, a farm boy turned pirate, who goes on a journey packed with adventure. He meets many friends and enemies along the way, as he tries to search for his one true love, a princess called Buttercup.
