LGBT+ History Month

This February, we're celebrating LGBT+ History Month with two special screening events.

Andrew Scott and Paul Mescal have sizzling chemistry in Andrew Haigh's hotly anticipated fantasy romance All of Us Strangers. Join us on Monday 5 February for a special screening followed by a panel discussion with representatives from LGBT+ Health and Wellbeing, The Skinny and Unite the Union's LGBT+ Committee.

On Wednesday 21 February, we're teaming up with Exhale.group to bring you a special screening of Cheryl Dunye’s acclaimed 1990s comedy drama The Watermelon Woman.  A landmark of LGBT+ cinema, The Watermelon Woman is the story of an aspiring Black lesbian filmmaker determined to make a documentary about an obscure 1940s Black actress billed only as ‘the Watermelon Woman’. After the screening, Exhale.group’s founder Mahasin will lead a discussion about the film with a panel of Exhale.group members.
