Terms and conditions

Please note tickets are non-refundable. Refunds will only be made in the case of cancellation or change to the event.

Guest tickets are not usable at GYFF.

Please note that the programme may be subject to change.

At the discretion of the manager, tickets may be exchanged for another performance for a £1.50 per ticket exchanged. This exchange must be done before the start time of the original film, and as far in advance as possible. If tickets are not of equal value, the additional cost will also be charged.

Please request any concessions at the time of purchase. Concessions cannot be applied after purchase. Proof of concession status will be requested when purchasing or collecting tickets.

Please note that late entry to the cinema is at the discretion of the Duty Manager. Cinema managers reserve the right of admission and their decision is final.

While in film screenings, we request patrons refrain from talking or making noises which could distract others and also from using any form of light source which could affect the enjoyment of fellow audience members. This includes the use of mobile phones and electronic cigarettes.

All seats are unreserved, unless otherwise stated.
