Early Man (2018, PG)

When Dug's Stone Age home in the Valley is threatened by Bronze Age invaders led by Lord Nooth, he agrees to a challenge by football match. The only problem is that he and his friends don't know how to play! With the help of Bronze Age football enthusiast, Goona, the group of cave men must learn to play the game and take on the mighty champions of Bronzio!

A beautifully handcrafted stop-motion film from Aardman, creators of Wallace and Gromit, it features a stellar cast including Eddie Redmayne, Tom Hiddleston and Maisie Williams.

This worksheet contains questions on watching the film, an opportunity to learn about the work of voice actors and some fun creative tasks too.

Available to watch for a short time on BBC iPlayer and also available on Netflix.

Paddington 2 (2017, PG)

Everybody's favourite marmalade munching bear is back and this time he's in trouble. After being accused of stealing a priceless book, Paddington is sent off to prison while the Brown family take on the villainous Phoenix Buchanan to prove Paddington's innocence!

Featuring an amazing turn from Hugh Grant as the villain, Paddington 2 is a genuinely lovely film about working together, righting wrongs and finding the best in the worst situations.

This worksheet contains questions on watching the film, simple travel writing tasks and some fun creative activities too!

Available to watch for a short time on BBC iPlayer.
