Director Abid Khan of GYFF film  Granada Nights, will  share  the ins and outs of his daily life as a filmmaker, including information on his creative process and inspirations. Abid will share insights into his style of cinematography and its relevance to his films' messages.

This is a free but ticketed event. You must be 15 or over to attend.

Abid Khan @Granada_Nights

Abid Khan is an award winning writer-director with a vast exposure of international productions. He has made shorts in NYC, London, Berlin and Montreal and his debut feature film Granada Nights was shot entirely in Granada, Spain. Granada Nights was selected for Breakthrough by Film London Screenings and won numerous festival awards including Head of Film 4 announcing it as Best Film at the Barnes Film Festival and was released in cinemas in this year. He’s also the sole director of the Adobe UK and Guardian Labs Creative Change campaign. He formed Eyefive Films to continue to tell self-discovery, coming-of-age stories, with a particular focus on diverse characters and cultures.

All Monday to Friday shows before 5pm have capacity capped at 50% (unless otherwise stated). All other screenings have full unlimited seating capacity (unless otherwise stated).
