As COP26 nears, we will be offering all Scottish schools a free code for climate documentary Youth v Gov on our online platform, Glasgow Film At Home.

Youth v Gov (N/C 8+)
Screening on Glasgow Film At Home from 4 - 18 November, Youth v Gov is an inspiring documentary about a group of young people aged 8-19 who take the US government to court for their role in the climate crisis. Told over the entire case, starting in 2015 and finishing in 2019, the film follows not just the science and the facts about climate change but also its impact on individual young people and the threat it is causing to future generations. You can watch the trailer for the film via YouTube.
This screening will be accompanied by a Q&A with 2 members of our GYFF Young Programmers, director Christi Cooper and Young Activists Levi and Vic.
Youth v Gov is N/C 8+ and contains scenes of climate-related distress.
Codes are available for all schools across Scotland. If you would like to get a code for this online screening, you must first register your interest by emailing emma.McDonald@glasgowfilm.org.
While the film will be available from 4-18 November and can be requested at any time, we recommend putting in your request by Wednesday 3 November for a prompt turnaround.
