What time will the event start?
Doors to the BAaD event space will open at 19:00.

What special activities can ticket holders take part in?
Ticket holders will be treated to an on-stage performance ahead of the screening. Don’t be late!

What time will the performance start?
The pre-film performance will begin: Friday 8 March 2024 at 19:45
Audience should take their seats no later than 10 minutes prior to the start time.
Please be aware that there will be no adverts or trailers, the performance will start at the advertised time

When will the event end?
The event will finish at approximately 22:00.

When will I be required to vacate the venue?
There will be no post-film activity at BAad, and the audience are kindly asked to vacate the Event space after the film ends.

Where can I find information about access to the venue?
The venue is accessible step free via the main entrance on Calton Entry. Accessible toilets are available on the ground floor within the main event space.
Wheelchair spaces must be booked in advance through GFT. Please e-mail access@glasgowfilm.org if you have any accessibility requirements.

How do I access the venue?
The venue can be accessed via the main entrance on Calton Entry.

Where can I collect my tickets from?
Please note that your confirmation email QR code is not your ticket. Tickets must be collected from GFT Box Office or from the venue at doors open time on the day of the event.
Tickets can be collected from any of our festival box offices up to two hours before doors open (so 17:00), after which point they are available at BAad from 18:45.
Opening times for the festival box offices may vary, please check our website closer to the time for the most up-to-date information.

Will you be selling tickets at the door?
If our event does not sell out, then tickets will be available to buy on the door. However, we have held similar events to this one before and they have nearly all sold out. We advise you to book your tickets as soon as possible.

Will there be food at the event?
Hot food will be available from the venue between 19:00 and 19:45 before the performance starts. No hot food can be brought into the venue from outside. Should you wish to purchase food at BAad, please ensure you leave enough time for this before the performance starts.

Will there be alcohol for sale at the event?
Yes, once the doors open there will be a licensed bar within the event space, selling a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

Are there any age restrictions for this event?
Female Trouble has a certificate 18, so no one under 18 will be admitted. If you are lucky enough to look under 25 you will be asked to prove that you are aged 18 or over before you are given access to the event. In addition, please note there will be security on the premises who will be checking for valid identification and will be conducting random bag checks.

Will there be a smoking area?
Smoking, vaping or use of e-cigarettes will not be allowed anywhere inside the venue. Please be aware if you do not follow these rules, it may result in you be asked to leave the event.

Can I reserve a seat?
All seats are unreserved, unless otherwise stated.

Are latecomers admitted?
Late entry to the event is at the discretion of the Event Manager. The Event Manager reserves the right of admission and their decision is final.
